Outstanding Woman of the Year
Criteria: The award recipient should have made an outstanding contribution to the profession, enhancing the status of women in international trade. She should be a role model to other women in the field and should be well-known and highly respected for her significant achievements or responsibilities. The recipient need not be a WIIT member. Current officers and members of the WIIT Board are not eligible.
The award recipient should be an active WIIT member (affiliated with the organization for at least 10 years) whose service in WIIT has had a significant impact on the association. The individual should also be a role model for others in international trade and inspire a career in trade by others. Current officers and members of the WIIT Board are not eligible.
Criteria: The award recipient should be someone whose service and commitment have made an invaluable contribution to the organization. The recipient must have been a WIIT member for at least one year. Current officers and members of the WIIT Board are not eligible.
The award recipient should be the section/committee whose service and commitment has made an invaluable contribution to the organization. The section/committee must also have planned and organized, at a minimum, the number of programs (WIIT-wide, brownbags and organizational meetings) required by WIIT in the past year.
