
Blank Rome's international trade group advises clients on all aspects of international trade and business regulation, including export controls, economic sanctions, customs, antidumping and countervailing duty laws, trade agreements and treaties, defense security regulations, anti-corruption measures such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), U.S. anti-boycott laws, and restrictions on foreign investment in the United States. Based in the Washington, D.C., office, our trade attorneys work closely with principals of Blank Rome Government Relations LLC on trade policy and legislative matters affecting our clients.

Rome have a long history of support for WIIT. Barbara Linney, a partner in
Blank Rome's international trade group, has been an active WIIT member for
over ten years. She has served WIIT in a variety of positions over the years,
including WIIT President in 1994-1995, and pro bono General Counsel since
1998. Bobbi Daghir, an associate in our trade group, currently serves as WIIT
Treasurer and Co-Chair of the Agriculture Section. Blank Rome is pleased to
