From the Editors

This Spring 2005 issue of the WIIT newsletter is devoted to Careers and Professional Development. It builds on WIIT's successful professional development programs. Specifically, WIIT's annual Career Night brings together in one location experienced professionals from a wide range of careers in international trade who are made available to job-seekers, career-changes, or the merely curious. This issue includes insights on their career path from a few of these professionals. WIIT also operates a mentor program. As the testimonials from mentors and mentees will show, the program has proven invaluable to both. Our deepest thanks to all who have shared the insights into their professional live.
