Officers
Tonya Kemp, President
Tonya handles the trade and food aid issues for Gordley Associates, a government
relations firm, focused on practice areas related to agriculture. She has
served as a WIIT Co-Chair of the Professional Development Section, Chair of
the Agricultural Section, and VP of Programs. She also served on the WIIT
Board of Directors from 2005-2007 and President-elect from 2007-2008. Tonya
has been a WIIT member since 1999.
Maria DiGiulian, President
Elect
Maria is the Vice President of FWH and Associates, LLC, an international policy
consulting firm. She is also an adjunct professor at George Mason University's
School of Public Policy, developing and teaching courses examining the multilateral
trading system and its politics, rules and practices. Maria served on WIIT's
Board of Directors from 2002-2004, as well as Secretary in 2008. Maria has
been a WIIT member since 1991.
Susan Schmidt, Past
President
Susan is a partner at the law firm of Manatt Phelps & Phillips LLP and
a Managing Director at the consulting firm of ManattJones Global Strategies.
Her involvement with WIIT includes serving as a Co-Chair of the Western Hemisphere,
a member of the Corporate Advisory Board, the Professional Development Committee
and a member of WIIT's Board of Directors and its Awards Committee. Susan
served as President from 2007-2008. She has been a WIIT member since 1999.
Peggy Clarke, Secretary
Peggy A. Clarke is a partner in the Washington D.C. office of the law firm
of Blank Rome LLP. She focuses on international trade and market access issues.
She has advised governments on dispute settlement under the WTO. Peggy helped
with the planning of the OWIT conference in 1990. Peggy Clarke has been a
WIIT member since 1988.
Katia Fano, Treasurer
Katia I. Fano is an associate in the Washington D.C. office of the law firm
of Blank Rome LLP, practicing in the areas of international trade and commercial
litigation. Katia helped to qualify the WIIT Charitable Trust as a 501(c)(3)
tax-exempt organization. She has been involved with WIIT since 2001.
Catherine Robinson,
VP Programs
Catherine is a Director at the National Association of Manufacturers. Her
involvement with WIIT includes serving as a Co-Chair of the Europe Section
and Vice President of Programs since 2006. Catherine was also the 2006 WIIT
Member of the Year. Catherine has been a member of WIIT since 2004.
Camelia Mazard, VP
of Professional Development/OWIT Representative
Ms. Mazard is a partner at Doyle, Barlow and Mazard PLLC. She focuses on all
aspects of Antitrust and Trade Regulation Law. Camelia served on the WIIT
Board from 2003-2006. She currently serves as WIIT's OWIT representative as
well as VP of Professional Development. In the past, she has also served as
WIIT's Election Chair, OWIT Alternate and on the PR committee. Cami has been
a WIIT member since 2001.
Carol Brewer, OWIT
Alternative
Carol J. Brewer is an International Trade Consultant at King & Spalding.
Ms. Brewer has served as co-chair of the Western Hemisphere Section, 2000-2004,
and a member of the board of directors, 2004-2006. Carol has been a member
of WIIT since 1998.

Andrea Ewart
Andrea is a trade and customs attorney and consultant. Her involvement with
WIIT has included serving as Co-Editor of the WIIT Newsletter and as the WIIT
representative to the Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT).
Andrea has been a member of WIIT since 2002.
Catherine Mellor
Catherine is Associate Director, Southeast Asia for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
She has served as both Chair of the Asia Pacific Rim Section and the Calendar.
Catherine has been a member of WIIT since 2002.
Randi Levinas
Randi is Vice President of Policy and Programs at the U.S.-Russia Business
Council. She has served as the Chair of the Elections Committee and on the
WIIT Trust Committee. Randi has been a member of WIIT since 1992.
Elizabeth Nesbitt
Elli is an International Trade Analyst for Biotechnology and Nanotechnology
at the U.S. International Trade Commission. Her involvement with WIIT includes
serving as Co-Chair of the Membership Committee, and member of WIIT's Board
of Directors and its Awards Committee. In 2004, she was co-named as the "Outstanding
WIIT Member of the Year." Elli has been a member of WIIT since 1990.

Nicole Bivens Collinson
Nicole is a partner, member of the Operating Committee, and Practice Group
Leader at Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A. an international trade consulting
and legal firm. Her involvement with WIIT includes serving as a President
2006-2007, as Secretary 2005-2006, Treasurer 2004-2005 and as a member of
the Corporate Advisory Board. Nicole has been a member of WIIT since 1988.

Roberta ("Bobbi")
Daghir
Bobbi is an attorney in the international trade group of Blank Rome LLP. Bobbi
has been Treasurer of WIIT since June 2006, and has also served as a co-chair
of the Agriculture section. Bobbi has been a member of WIIT since 2006.
Nell Weiss
Nell Weiss is the Senior Trade Policy Analyst at the Embassy of Australia.
She has served as WIIT's Co-Chair of the formerly-named Legislative Initiatives
and Trade Agreements Section and, the Calendar Co-Chair. Nell has been a member
of WIIT since 1999.
Esperanza "Espie"
Gomez Jelalian
Esperanza serves as executive director of the U.S.-Pakistan Business Council
(U.S.PBC), at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce since 2003. Espie also serves as
the director of South Asia of the International Division of the Chamber. She
previously served as WIIT's Western Hemisphere Co-Chair. Esperanza has been
a member of WIIT since 2000.
Edyta Malinowski
Edyta Malinowski is the Government Affairs & International Manager for
GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). Edyta served on WIIT's Special events committee for
3 years. She also currently serves on the Middle East and Africa Section.
Edyta has been a member of WIIT since 2003.
Barbara Wanner
Barbara Wanner currently serves as Senior Projects Coordinator for the U.S.
Asia Pacific Council (U.S.APC), a program of the East-West Center. Barbara
also serves as President of the Consumers for World Trade Education Fund (CWT
Ed Fund). Barbara serves as WIIT's Trust Representative and was President
of WIIT in 2002-2003. Barbara has been a member of WIIT since 1990.
Kim S. Frankena
Ms. Frankena is an Assistant Director in the U.S. Government Accountability
Office's (GAO's) International Affairs and Trade team. Most recently, Kim
was co-chair of WIIT's WTO section. She also served as co-Chair of the Asia
section and as editor of the newsletter. She has also served WIIT in the mentoring
program. Kim Frankena has been a member of WIIT since 1992.
