WIIT Professional Development Event: Working in a Trade Association
The WIIT Professional Development series continued on August 27 with a program on "Working in A Trade Association". Speakers were: Michelle DeMoor, formerly of AdvaMed, Catherine Robinson of NAM and Anissa Whitten of MPAA. The speakers discussed the pros and cons of working in a trade association, experience required and opportunities to move from there. There was a lively question and answer session following the speakers' remarks.
