Geralyn Ritter has had a long and distinguished career in international trade and global advocacy. She is also a survivor. In 2015, returning from an ordinary business trip, her Amtrak train derailed going 106 mph. Geralyn was not expected to live. She would spend the next several years undergoing dozens of surgical procedures, on total disability leave from her job, and facing the mental health challenges associated with physical trauma and pain. Today she is back at the top of her game, an active mother of three sons and leading one of Washington’s top trade consultancies. A powerful public speaker, Geralyn speaks passionately on the subject of personal and professional resilience. The lessons she draws from her own experience are relevant to everyone who faces difficult challenges that threaten to derail their personal life or their career and seeks to stay on track and thrive. You won’t want to miss this special event.
