Export Controls & Sanctions: First 100 Days of the Biden Administration
There has been no shortage of export controls and sanctions developments during the Biden Administration's first 100 days, with actions targeting China, Myanmar, Russia, and efforts to revive the Iran nuclear deal, to name a few. We will discuss the current state of play and what may be on the horizon. We will also discuss what US industry should be thinking about as companies seek to comply with these laws and regulations. There will be an opportunity for questions.
