Tech & Digital Trade

The Tech & Digital Trade Program Section focuses on issues affecting the digital economy, including trade in digital goods and services and how emerging technology influences traditional trade. The committee examines a variety of topics including:

Potential barriers to trade in digital goods and services and the importance of the free flow of data to digital trade

How digital trade and digitally-supported trade generate economic growth and sustainable development in a wide-range of industry sectors

How advances in technology promote economic inclusion by connecting more people around the world to global streams of commerce
